Q: Do solar products come with warranties? 

A: Yes, most solar products include manufacturer warranties; that information can be found in your product information supplied by the manufacturer. Our team can help you with warranty support if needed. 

 

Q: Will I receive tracking information? 

A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor delivery. 

 

Q: How do I pay for my solar equipment? 

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). PayPal is available at check out for web orders or phone orders.

We offer financing up to $20,000 through Affirm. Customers can apply with Affirm by using this link or call our office at 800.383.0195. 

Zelle is available for phone orders only. We also accept wire transfers, ACH transfers, check, and money orders.

Q: How long does shipping take for solar equipment? 

A: Most in-stock solar products ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. 

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping on solar products? 

A: Shipping promotions vary depending on the time of year. Please view our current shipping options on our Sales and Promotions page or ask your sales rep about available shipping offers when placing your order.

Q: What should I do if my solar equipment arrives damaged? 

A: Inspect your shipment upon delivery, note damage with the carrier, take photos, and contact us immediately so we can assist. 

 

Q: Can I return solar equipment?

A: Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days. Please review our full returns policy before purchasing solar equipment.

Q: Do you offer free solar system design help? 

A: Yes, NAZ Solar Electric offers free solar system design assistance. Our experts help size and select equipment for off-grid, grid-tied, and battery backup systems. We recommend making an appointment with an application engineer for best service. 

 

Q: What information do I need for a solar system design? 

A: Provide your location, system type, energy usage (kWh or loads), and any preferred equipment. You can determine your energy usage with our free online solar load calculator. This helps us accurately recommend the best system for your situation.  

 

Q: Do you provide installation services? 

A: NAZ Solar Electric does not perform installations directly. However, we can help guide you through installation considerations or connect you with resources to support your project. 

 

Q: Do you provide technical support after purchase? 

A: Yes. We offer ongoing technical support for products purchased from NAZ Solar Electric, including setup help, remote monitoring (when enabled), and troubleshooting.

 

Q: Do you support products not purchased from NAZ?
